Once your order is successfully placed, you'll find a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox. If you can't find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need another confirmation.

If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order, don't worry! Drop us a line straight away at hobbyshopy@outlook.com. Just remember, once your package is on its way, we're unable to make any changes.

Packaging
We send your orders in vacuum packages so that we can send them at an affordable price with a fast and reliable cargo company.
Note: Please open your package carefully. Be careful when using cutting tools.

Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

For USA Orders

All shipments to the USA are now subject to customs duties, regardless of order value.
To provide a smooth shopping experience, we include all customs duties and import taxes in our prices.
This means you will not face any additional charges upon delivery.

  • Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days after the order is handed over to the carrier. However, please note that in some cases, customs clearance may cause delays.

Please note that all orders with a total retail value of CAD$20 (approximately US$15) or more will be subject to import duties and handling fees.
